Tucked in Wan Chai, this 60-year-old cake shop has long stood in the shadow of newer, more visible bakeries — even as it nears the point of closing its doors for good. The project treats the shop not just as a business but as a vessel of collective memory, capturing the textures, rituals, and everyday moments that decades of customers have shared within its walls.

To preserve this experience beyond the physical space, the project turns to virtual reality, built in Unreal Engine, to document and recreate the shop as guests have known it — an attempt to hold onto a piece of Hong Kong's living history before it disappears.
